What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When you place an order within Europe, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. You could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or TouchID. Following payment authentication, you’ll be automatically redirected to the GHORÉE confirmation page. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been confirmed.
Payments and refunds are both conducted in Euros (EUR). If your credit/debit card is in a different currency, your card issuer will charge you in the currency of your card according to their own calculations. Your card issuer may also apply a transaction fee. Such currency calculations and charges are not under our control and we cannot, therefore, be held responsible for such expenses. For further information, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
Please ensure you have entered your payment information correctly. If you're paying with a credit card, check that it has not expired. To authorise the payment when using a credit card, you may be required to enter a one-time password, SMS code, or alternative authentication method. If the problem persists, we suggest that you get in touch with your credit card issuer.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• Select the desired size and colour and add the product to your basket;
• Once you finish shopping, to review your basket, click on the shopping bag at the top of the page. You can add or remove items if you have changed your mind;
• Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, click on “checkout” to complete your order;
• Enter your shipping details and choose your payment method;
• Review the information you’ve entered to check if it is correct, then click “Pay Now”.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. This email will contain your order details and an order reference number.

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please include your order number.
For safety reasons, we are unable to modify shipping, billing address, or items in your order. You will need to place a new order if you wish to purchase additional items.
We may cancel your order if:
• Your item(s) is out of stock
• Your payment cannot be processed
• The billing address provided does not match the address for the credit card
All orders have to be accepted by us. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order after receipt at our sole discretion. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
